G2PD1000 – Project Delivery Assistant

We are looking for a Project Delivery resource with excellent attention to detail. This is a varied role for a flexible minded person, primarily assisting the Project Delivery Manager in the Project Delivery Team with general administration and paperwork. This could also include assisting the Buyer & HSEQ Manager with ad hoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities to include: Assisting Project Delivery Manager – assist with general admin and paper work, including liaising with clients, chasing up correspondence from Sub – Contractors & Clients. General day-to-day filing of correspondence we issue for audit purposes & ensuring an audit trail.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who has an eye for detail and is confident in liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. They will have excellent communication skills and be computer literate including the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project. An interest and background in Construction industry would be desired but not essential.

The role will be based at our Head Office in Olney but may require ad-hoc travel.
